Please send us an e-mail with the following information:

- Full company name
- Address details
- Extract of your registration with the Chamber of Commerce
- Your VAT number.

You can send these details to sales@vahb.nl.

We strive to assess your application within 24 hours.

That is not possible, for the availability of our products please check the websites of our brands: bo-camp.com, crespocomfort.com and gimexmoments.com. Here you can find the nearest dealer.

VAHB delivers both nationally and internationally.

In most cases, the products come in a packing unit (secondary packaging) of multiple PCs. We deliver products only in multiples of the packing unit (= minimum order amount).

The purchase prices listed are exclusive of VAT and the recommended retail prices are listed including VAT.

Orders to one delivery address within the Benelux will be delivered free of charge for orders over €750,- excl. For orders in the United Kingdom below £750,- excl. VAT, we charge £80,- (excl. VAT) to cover administration and shipping costs.

For orders in Germany below €750,- excl. VAT, we charge €75,- (excl. VAT) to cover administration and shipping costs.

For orders with a delivery address outside the Benelux, the actual transport costs will be charged, unless agreed otherwise.

Orders placed before 12.00h (noon) will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days within the Benelux.

If an article is missing when you check the received order, you can report this directly via an email to: sales@vahb.nl. A suitable solution will then be sought in consultation.

If you find any damage to an item when checking the order you have received, please report this immediately by sending an e-mail to sales@vahb.nl. In that case we ask you to use our Returnform, which is attached here below.
In case of transport damage, you should always make a note of it on the carrier's waybill.
In case of damage, we would like to receive a photo as support. In consultation, we will find a suitable solution.

We shall endeavour to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. Please send an e-mail to sales@vahb.nl.
In case of damage we ask you to use our Returnform, which is attached here below. Please mention the article number, the description of the complaint and a picture (if possible). In case of damage, we would like to receive a photo as support. In consultation, we will find a suitable solution.

You can request a new login via the login page of the webshop. If you have forgotten your login name or would like to change it, please send a request to sales@vahb.nl.

You will receive your invoices by e-mail. If you want to change the e-mail address, please send an e-mail to: sales@vahb.nl.
