Bocorp BV acquires GIMEX melamine and more GmbH

Bocorp B.V. (parent company of the companies Van Assendelft Importgroothandel B.V. and Indual Mobiliario SLU) acquires GIMEX melamine & more GmbH, Bergisch Gladbach - Germany.

Bocorp B.V. - with operating companies Van Assendelft Importgroothandel BV in Gilze (The Netherlands) and Indual Mobiliario SLU in Valencia (Spain), acquires GIMEX melamine & more GmbH, in Bergisch Gladbach (Germany).

GIMEX is a company specialized in high-quality melamine tableware, lightweight glassware, cutlery, cookware and accessories for the camping and recreation market as well as B2B. The company was founded in 1989 by Jan Gielens and, until the takeover, was managed by Andreas Gielens and Margo Müller-Gielens. The company is active on the German market and in more than 30 countries worldwide. The products are manufactured under their own design and are unique in form and quality.
